How it all began …

When my daughter played volleyball her freshman year of high school, I thought it would be fun to bring cookies for her team. I baked enough for the JV and Varsity players and their parents to enjoy. 3 games a week for 2 months…..I did A LOT of baking!  After the 2nd season, a Mom turned to me as she was taking a bite and said, “Lisa please make these cookies and sell them in town so I can buy them whenever I want!” And so it began…..Loopie Doop’s Cookies.
